MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

Have a blessed holiday season and a very merry Christmas!!

Wesley Wednesday... almost

Wesley Wednesday! Except it's Thursday (but that's okay!)

Wesley is doing really well! He is learning to sit whenever he wants anything and to ignore distractions when we walk. He is also starting to learn sign language commands and directions (right, left, cross, etc).

He is such a sweet heart <3 He loves cuddles and will literally throw himself headfirst into my lap if he sees me on the ground.

4 days in

At first Wes was really shy and wouldn't eat, drink, or look at us.
But, since it is winter break, I have been able to be with him almost constantly, and through never-ending positive affirmation, he is slowly beginning to trust me.
We aren't sure exactly what kind of service dog he will be, since he is so small, but hopefully he will be able to be put to good use =

His favorite activities include:

  • chewing on my converse
  • picking up his water bowl and carrying it around
  • cuddling
  • sleeping
  • going on walks
  • being sexual with my family dog
  • playing with said family dog
  • eating

(I know it's a terrible pic but he's only been home for like 45 minutes lol)

No More Goldens... But a Wheatie!

In the past week, a lot has changed.
My school seceded from the Foundation, and in doing so, the Goldens were lost.
However, about an hour ago, I received a 1-yr-old Shorthaired Wheaten Terrier puppy, who is yet to be named.
So... details and pictures coming soon!
